Job description

Work Scope Includes Mainly

To lead Hong Kong/NASDAQ/ SGX/ Malaysia IPO consulting jobs;
To lead Pre-IPO assessment and financial due diligence reviews;
To formulate proposals for fund raising and M&A deals;
To bridge the investors with the project owners;
To assist in deal negotiation;
To travel to Hong Kong, Mainland China and Singapore as and when necessary.

What We Expect From You

Degree in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines;
At least 3-5 years of audit experience from sizeable firms;
Past IPO experience will definitely be an advantage;
Fluent in English & Mandarin (as our clients mainly from China);
Positive, reliable, good attention to details, well organised in work;
Independent and self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills.
