Job description

We are a fast-growing SaaS company in the EdTech space, operating mainly in Southeast Asia. With more than 1900 schools as customers, our mission is to revolutionize early childhood education through technology and provide innovative solutions to our customers. With a team of 60 talented individuals, we are committed to transforming the way education is delivered in the Southeast Asian region and beyond.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Partner with the Country Manager, Head of Engineering and Team Leads to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies.
  2. Explore, implement and refine sourcing channels to attract candidates and build our talent pipeline.
  3. Design impactful job descriptions, publish openings, curate and shortlist candidates for further interviews and assessments.
  4. Juggle multiple hiring processes simultaneously, including providing guidance, gathering feedback, and pushing job processes forward.
  5. Provide regular recruitment status reports and communicate the progress with department heads and team leads.
  6. Provide a high-quality experience for every candidate from application stage to offer to onboarding.
  7. Help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruitment strategy.
  8. Advise management on regional recruitment trends, including salary ranges and talent pool size.
  9. Guide new hires through our onboarding process to ensure they hit the ground running.
  10. Track data and provide insights on the effectiveness of our hiring and onboarding practices (e.g. time-to-hire, sourcing channel efficiency, quality of hires, candidate experience).

REQUIREMENTS

Must Have

  1. 3 years experience of sourcing and recruiting tech talent in Vietnam.
  2. Proficient in English.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness.
  4. Excellent organisational skills with a process-oriented approach, and the ability to work autonomously.
  5. Strong sense of pride in their own work, responsibility and detail-orientation.
  6. A growth mindset and truly flexible. You can shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change.
  7. A desire to be part of a growing team, and a willingness to step out of your scope of work to help others.

Nice-to-have

  1. Experience in software as a service.
  2. Experience in the Early Childhood Care and Education industry.
  3. Experience of talent acquisition across South East Asia.
