Job description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall cash flow management of the projects undertaken, drive sales & marketing strategies to deliver financial target set
  • Support property and land acquisitions team by analyzing the development potential of new sites under consideration including & not limiting to product design & size, costs, marketing strategies including product differentiation and timelines
  • Analyze local ordinances and zoning codes to determine development parameters & conduct feasibility study for all potential new projects
  • Create and manage detailed budgets and schedules for individual development projects
  • Manage consultants and contractors including engineers and architects in order to deliver project on time and within the budget
  • Responsible to sign off all sales & marketing related expenses as well as variation order for projects after the consultation with the relevant parties
  • Oversee due diligence and entitlement process for ground-up development including rezoning, site plan approval, environmental permits, building permits, and all other related permits and approvals that required for development purposes
  • Represent the company to liaise with local governmental entities and ensure all requirements by the authorities are met on timely basis
  • Lead, train or guide the work of other team members as and when required to ensure on-time delivery of project work.
  • Oversees the development and implementation of hotel strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives.
  • Ensure hotel operations meets Ramada brand’s target customer needs, focuses on growing revenues, and maximizes the financial performance of the Hotel.
  • Develop and implement hotel-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer and associates and provide a return on investment to the owner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned from time to time

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Knowledge of real estate development entitlement processes for assigned region, project management and best practices of construction management
  • Strong in sales & marketing skills
  • Organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Proficiency in project management, budget management, and other customized software systems
  • High integrity & with acceptably good interpersonal & people management skills
