CONVEYANCING LEGAL ASSOCIATE
- To handle conveyancing matters (sub-sales, project, tenancy, etc)
- To oversee the transaction and ensure matters are completed in a timely manner
- To liaise, attend and advise clients
- To check sale and loan documents prepared by clerks

CONVEYANCING CLERK
- To prepare documents for conveyancing matters (sub-sales, project, tenancy, etc)
- To process sale and loan documents in a timely manner

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. At least 1-5 year(s) of working experience in conveyancing.
2. Be independent, responsible and able to work efficiently.
3. Reliable, committed to work and willing to learn.
4. Pro-active with a positive attitude.
