Conveyancing Legal Associate

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Conveyancing Legal Associate (with or without relevant experience) to join our conveyancing team at YEOH MAZLINA & PARTNERS (DAMANSARA HEIGHT). As a Conveyancing Legal Associate at our Head Office, you will have exposure in handling developer's project, sub-sales, various loan documents of many banks and other conveyancing matters.

What you'll be doing

• Drafting, preparing and reviewing a wide range of conveyancing documents, including sales and purchase agreements, deeds, and other legal instruments.
• Conducting property searches and due diligence to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Liaising with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth property transactions.
• Attending to the completion and registration of property transfers.
• Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on property-related matters.
• Staying up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations.

What we're looking for in you

• Holds or eligible to hold a Practicing Certificate in Malaysia.
• Able to attend to conveyancing files hands-on, including handling of all correspondences and documents until completion.
• Proactive and interactive team player, while being able to work independently with little supervision.
• Good communication and negotiation skills, and able to attend to clients.
