Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree in Law or CLP
• At least two (2) years of experience in the area of conveyancing
• Assist in handling general property conveyancing matters including but not limited to SPA & Loan Applications (both for Project and sub-sale), Perfection and Discharge of Charge
• Able to liaise with developers, clients, bankers, agents, developers, and relevant authorities/parties
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be an added advantage)
• Maintain and update file status reports
• Able to work as a team, Independent and meticulous
