POSITION: CONVEYANCING LAWYER
WORKING EXPERIENCE: 1 YEAR & ABOVE

WORK RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To deal with all conveyancing matters - SUB SALE SPA, perfection of transfer, loan documentation, discharge, probate, etc.
2. Prepare status report/update for all ongoing files weekly.
3. Able to complete the task given within the stipulated time.
4. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Male / Female
2. Punctual, committed, hardworking, organized & focused type of person.
3. LLB (Hons)

Salary: RM2,800 - RM3,000
