Conveyancing Lawyer

About the Company

Our client is a legal firm based in KL, Klang and Puchong. They are looking for a dedicated conveyancing lawyer to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

• To attend to all general conveyancing works including sub sale SPA, banking and financial works from initial until completion.
• Attend signing with clients, review legal documents, prepare status report and all other types of work assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Possess Law Degree with valid Practicing Certificate.
• 2 to 4 years experience in handling sub sale SPA and loan documentations.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Good communication, strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
• Possess good and positive attitude.
• Follow up with clients and manage cases effectively and result oriented.
• Able to work independently and also as a team.
• Manage time well and able to meet deadlines.
• Possess sense of commitment to job responsibilities.
• Able to start work immediately or short notice would be an added advantage.

Remuneration

• RM 3,500 - RM 7,000.
