Conveyancing Lawyer

About the Company

Our client is a legal firm based in KL, Klang and Puchong. They are looking for a dedicated conveyancing lawyer to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to all general conveyancing works including sub sale SPA, banking and financial works from initial until completion.
• Attend signing with clients, review legal documents, prepare status reports, and all other types of work assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Law Degree with a valid Practicing Certificate.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in handling sub sale SPA and loan documentation.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Possess a positive attitude.
• Follow up with clients and manage cases effectively, being results-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Manage time well and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate a commitment to job responsibilities.
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice would be an added advantage.

Remuneration

• RM 3,500 - RM 7,000
