Conveyancing Lawyer

- Preparing / checking documents for sale and purchase transactions, loan transactions mainly for developer projects, as well as other conveyancing related matters such as subsale, perfection, discharge etc.

- Attending signings with purchasers.

- Dealing with banks, developers and purchasers.

- Any work assigned by the Firm from time to time (including litigation and corporate matters).

Requirements:

1. Preferably with at least 2 years experience in the field of conveyancing, fresh graduates are welcomed too.
2. Possess strong critical and analytical thinking and willing to learn.
3. Able to work independently, and also as a team.
4. Must be highly motivated, proactive, meticulous, responsible and have a good working attitude.
