- Preparing documents for sale and purchase transactions, loan transactions mainly for developer projects, as well as other conveyancing related matters such as subsale, perfection, discharge etc.

- Dealing with banks, developers and purchasers.

- Any work assigned by the Firm from time to time (including litigation and corporate matters).

Requirements:

1. Preferably with 1-2 years experience in the field of conveyancing; pupil / fresh graduates are welcomed too.
2. Possess strong critical and analytical thinking and willing to learn.
3. Able to work independently, and also as a team.
4. Must be highly motivated, proactive, meticulous, responsible and have a good working attitude.
