Job Description:

1. Conveyancing Clerk
   - Candidates will be assisting the conveyancing solicitor in handling conveyancing work in the areas of sub-sale, loan documentations, developers work, etc. Attending to client correspondences, preparing status report and other types of work assigned by the conveyancing solicitor from time to time.
2. Conveyancing Lawyer
   - Assisting Partners in all conveyancing matters, i.e drafting of agreement, legal opinion, legal advices on all aspects of property related matters. Handle and attend to signings in relation to conveyancing matters.
3. Pupils in Chamber
   - Candidates are expected to work hard and demonstrate an ability to be a team player. Candidates shall be able to handle multiple tasks at any one given time and to complete tasks entrusted within the requisite time frame provided. Candidates that are interested to explore in conveyancing, corporate and commercial matters are welcome to apply.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Conveyancing Clerk
   - Must have at least 1-2 years working experience in related field
   - Able to work independently and self-motivated
   - Hardworking, responsible & committed to work.
2. Conveyancing Lawyer
   - Must have at least 2-3 years working experience in related field
   - Able to work independently and self-motivated
   - Hardworking, responsible & committed to work.
3. Pupils in Chamber
   - Willing to learn with good attitude
   - Reliable
   - Dedicated, committed and able to work as part of a team.
