Conveyancing Clerk

About the role

Join the growing team at Elaine, Yun & Associates as a Conveyancing Clerk based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of property transactions, including drafting sales and purchase agreements, liaising with clients and legal authorities, and ensuring a seamless conveyancing process from start to finish.

What you'll be doing

1. Prepare and draft sales and purchase agreements, transfer deeds, and other legal documents related to property transactions
2. Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to coordinate the conveyancing process
3. Conduct legal research and provide support to senior conveyancing lawyers
4. Ensure compliance with all relevant property laws and regulations
5. Maintain accurate records and files for all property transactions
6. Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the conveyancing process

What we're looking for

1. Strong working knowledge of property law and the conveyancing process
2. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
3. Proficient in legal document drafting and research
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Minimum 2 years of experience in a conveyancing or property law role
