Operate and Monitor Security Systems: Manage various systems, including CCTV, Burglar Alarm, Panic Button, Central Monitoring System (CMS), Security Access Control, Fire Alarm Panel, Lift Intercom, and Safes Digital Lock.
Investigate and Analyze: Conduct CCTV playback when necessary to investigate incidents. Perform random CCTV audits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Respond to Emergencies: Act as the Dispatcher during emergencies by mobilizing and deploying Security Personnel effectively. Respond quickly and decisively to alarms, incidents, and any unusual activity.
System Maintenance and Reporting: Ensure all safety and security systems are well-maintained. Identify and report any shortfalls or technical issues to the relevant teams promptly.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in operating and monitoring security systems, ideally in a control room environment.
Familiarity with security systems such as CCTV, burglar alarms, panic buttons, CMS, access control, fire alarm panels, lift intercoms, and safes digital locks.
Strong ability to assess situations quickly, make decisions, and take appropriate action during emergencies.
Ability to monitor systems effectively, identify irregularities, and ensure operational efficiency through random audits.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with security personnel and report incidents.
Ability to respond swiftly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies while remaining calm under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, especially during high-pressure situations.
Comfortable using control room software and handling complex security systems.
Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
A diploma or equivalent in a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and react quickly during emergency situations.
