Control-M, Engineer

• Control-M agent installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Control-M upgrade/migration from lower to higher version.
• Control-M integration with external applications/tools/DevOps/CI-CD/API.
• Control-M integration with cloud (AWS/Azure).
• Control-M external plugin integrations such as SAP/Backup/Database.
• Control-M job scheduling and issue troubleshooting.
• JIRA/Confluence/ServiceNow/Adhere to KPI/SLA.
• Hands-on experience with Dockers, Containers, OCP, K8s.
• Documentation and reports (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly).
• Troubleshooting of Control-M issues and hands-on experience in fixing major incidents.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience on BMC Control-M.
• Experience in System OS Administration (Windows), System OS Administration (Linux), or Network Administration is essential for the role.
• Knowledge in Shell/PowerShell/Perl/Json/Python skills is an additional advantage.
• Certification in BMC Software/AWS/Azure is a plus.
