Contracts Executive / Quantity Surveyor

This position plays a pivotal role in shaping successful projects from start to finish. You'll manage project costs, ensure value for money, and assist in making financial decisions that drive efficiency and quality. In this role, you’ll work closely with various contractors and clients, negotiating contracts, preparing cost estimates, and overseeing budgets to ensure projects stay on track. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities.
• Manage procurement, tendering processes, and contract administration.
• Monitor project progress, assess valuations, and prepare financial reports.
• Collaborate with project teams to control costs and ensure profitability.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, including variations and cost overruns.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with contractual terms.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven experience in cost management and contract administration
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
