Conduct verification of material requisitions, take-off quantities, and site measurements of completed work. Prepare progress claims and invoices for clients and consultants to ensure effective project management.
Support the Assistant Manager/Manager, Contracts, in monitoring and administering various contracts and sub-contract works, including preparing progress reports, recommending payments, issuing variation order certificates, and finalizing accounts documentation.
Liaise with client site representatives (if required).
Prepare, call, and evaluate tenders, as well as value variation orders.
Negotiate building and material costs with contractors and suppliers.
Manage the processing of claims from consultants and contractors related to project matters.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields.
2-5 years of experience in pre and post-contract management in building construction projects.
Good knowledge in taking-off, site measurement, costing, tender preparation, claim evaluation, and account finalization.
