Handles all aspects of Software Engineering – business analysis, design, knowledge transfer, programming, testing, test automation and documentation.
Handles more customer and software development centric tasks as compared to document driven.
Key Activities
Provide IT support for DHL’s proprietary application software under the IT Team responsibility.
Monitor & fix IT application issues for support (incident ticket) based on SLA and ensure users and other interested parties are kept informed proactively.
Negotiate with users, specialists, staff and suppliers regarding emergencies, routine and unscheduled maintenance, and the introduction of amendments to service provision to minimize business disruptions.
Review effectiveness and efficiency in assigned areas of responsibility and take action to improve quality of service, performance, and availability.
Provide expert advice, training, and technical assistance to other teams related to software development processes/solutions.
Actively involved in new systems development, system enhancements, and support of DHL applications.
Educational Qualifications
