• Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers, subcontractors and other stakeholders
• Developing and implementing procurement strategies to optimize cost, quality and delivery
• Monitoring and evaluating supplier and contractor performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in a similar contract management or procurement role, preferably within the construction industry
• Strong understanding of contract law, negotiation techniques and procurement best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with suppliers, contractors and internal teams
• Proficient in using procurement and contract management software
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
• Degree in a relevant field such as engineering, construction management or business
