We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team works to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.

We are seeking a skilled Contract Performance Manager (CPM) to join our team. Responsibilities include managing yearly maintenance plans, financial and commercial parameters, and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction.

As a Contract Performance Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Acting as primary Baker Hughes contract representative, coordinating communication across stakeholders.
• Managing CSA / LTSA (Long-term Service Agreement) and transactional projects in West and East Malaysia, owning the end-to-end process and financial accountability.
• Ensuring timely issue resolution, keeping the customer informed, and negotiating changes.
• Ensuring adherence to contract specifications and financial/technical metrics.
• Supporting Sales and ITO (Inquiry to Order) in negotiations and contract administration with minimal supervision.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelor's or equivalent experience and significant experience in a CPM role or similar role.
• Have a PMP/IPMA certification.
• Must have good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Be adaptable to dynamic contract requirements and cultural differences.
• Have rotating machinery experience.
• Be customer-focused and a team player.
