The Contract Manager reports to the Head of Process & Governance, under the Group Technology Division. He/she will be involved in all contract reviewing and redrafting within the Group Technology Division, which includes conducting thorough reviews of all contracts, identifying potential risks and areas for improvement, and redrafting contracts particularly focusing on commercial terms (SOW, schedules, payment terms, etc.) to minimize risk and safeguard the Bank’s interests. He/she will also be involved in contract negotiation, collaborating with the team to negotiate terms and conditions with vendors, ensuring optimal outcomes for the Bank.
