SCOPE OF SERVICES:
- To provide daily support to the meter installation teams.
- To monitor and supervise daily operation and strategize next course of action in relation to monitoring through Billing/Invoicing system, Device Management, tampering and abnormalities detection from smart meters.
- To analyze and prepare detailed analytic report with meter reading analysis on customer consumption and review customer’s appeal based on monthly consumption pattern, SAP’s record and other relevant documents submitted.
- Compile daily operation report from technical teams’ daily report and provide to the management on monthly basis with support and advice on issues encountered during daily operation.
- To supervise routine and taskforce operation and disconnection operation.
- To coordinate and ensure proper planning on all procurement via small purchase, quotation and tender is in accordance with company procurement policy.
- Manage and review customer complaints related to smart meter operation.
- To monitor & report the daily progress & performance of meter installation.
- To prepare all reporting for the Smart Meters installation.
- To perform root cause analysis on complex situations.
- To execute any tasks assigned by line supervisor and superior from time to time in supporting the daily operation and to achieve the departmental, company or corporate targets.
- Able to interact and respond to enquiries and complaints in a professional manner and effectively.
- Familiar with SAP - CCS Module, MM Module & etc. is an added advantage.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently, see all sides of an issue will make me a great asset to the Unit/Department/Company.
- Knowledge in ZMAARTS such as arrears computation, type of tampering and able to analyze case paper is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Microsoft Power Point).
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision as well as in a team, proactive and self-confident, self-motivated, positive attitude, flexible and responsive to any changes.
