- Attending to inward documents received from courier service / solicitors
- Distribution of documents to the respective units
- Attending to inward phone calls
- Scanning of documents
- Preparing daily & monthly report
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Excel
- Candidate must possess only Diploma in any discipline
- Good communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of finance and banking products
