CONTRACT AND PROPOSAL EXECUTIVE

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Contract & Proposal Executive to join our team. If you have a strong background in contract management, proposal preparation, and technical-commercial strategies, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Administration: Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
• Proposal Management: Prepare commercial and technical proposals in response to ITBs, RFQs, and client specifications.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to streamline tendering processes.
• Negotiation & Strategy: Lead pricing negotiations and review tender strategies.
• Risk & Compliance: Monitor contract adherence, address delays, and manage contractual risks.
• Project Support: Assist Business Development with commercial contract matters and provide strategic input on contract performance.
• Claims Management: Handle claims, variations, and contract amendments.
• Company & Vendor Registration: Manage registration processes to meet client and regulatory requirements.
• Travel: Must have own transport and be open to occasional travel.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: 4–5 years in handling ITBs, RFQs, market surveys, and contract management, ideally within oil & gas, renewable energy, or fabrication industries.
• Knowledge of: NDT, vendor inspection, and marine hull gauging is a plus.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Expertise in: Contract drafting, claims preparation, risk management, and cost estimation.
