Job Duties and Qualifications

The Halliburton Malaysia Management Trainee is a targeted 3-year program committed to cultivating and developing future leaders in various segments of manufacturing and supply chain.

This program aims to challenge and grow high-potential individuals through a series of immersive learning experiences to equip them with a holistic view of the business. The program will coach the employees to further deepen their knowledge and expertise in cross-functional departments as well as leadership skills, in preparation to lead a team of their own in a frontline leadership position at the end of the program.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent
2. Fresh graduates or early career graduates are encouraged
3. Excellent communication skills along with a drive for further self-development
4. Enthusiastic and self-motivated individual
5. Strong analytical thinking and leadership skills
6. Able to work well independently and as part of a team
7. Willing to relocate or travel for business
