Job description

The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and distributing high-quality content for multiple brands across various platforms to engage target audiences, drive traffic, and generate leads. This role focuses on storytelling, SEO optimization, and data-driven strategies to align content with business objectives, ensuring the delivery of compelling and impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

  • Develop, write, and edit content for articles, newsletters, social media, websites, and other marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with design and multimedia teams to produce visually engaging content (e.g., videos, infographics, and visuals).
  • Create content tailored to different stages of the customer journey and personas.

SEO & Analytics:

  • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and rankings.
  • Conduct keyword research and integrate strategic keywords into content.
  • Track, analyze, and report on content performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Sensor.
  • Plan and execute content marketing campaigns that align with overall marketing goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across channels.
  • Repurpose existing content for various formats (e.g., blogs into videos or infographics).
  • Work with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, and customer success) to identify content opportunities and trends.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to inform content strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a related role.
  • Proven experience managing content calendars and executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Basic understanding of graphic design and multimedia tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to support content creation and communication for Mandarin-speaking markets.
