Job description

CREATE| You are the expert at all the fun trending content around Instagram, Tiktok, and Facebook social media. You will be brainstorming, planning, filming, and editing daily content for Tiktok and Instagram Reels, and Youtube Shorts. Your videos are simple, authentic, raw, and they are focused on delivering meaningful value that gets fans and new followers excited about the products you talk about.


ENGAGE| You love talking to people, and that includes influencers, TikTok Affiliates, communities, and fans. You actively reach out to explore content and affiliate partnerships, and get them excited about the products that you introduce to them. You know which influencer, video trend, and the latest hashtags are keeping audiences entertained and coming back for more. Content creation is both an art and a science. You are continuously testing your hypotheses about why some angles, messages, and videos work, and others don’t.


COMMUNICATE| Be a potential face for the brands’ TikTok, Instagram, and social feeds. You will be working closely with the project leads and clients to craft out editorial calendars, manage day-to-day expectations, and build a roadmap for growth using content marketing. You are constantly improving by capturing and analyzing the latest social media trends and capturing them into insights and best practices.


  1. At least 1+ years of social media experience creating for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, as well as TikTok.
  2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Bonus points for wit, humor, and empathetic “hot takes.” Have a deep understanding of the importance of data-driven distribution and repurposing content.
  3. Ability to learn and adapt to performance quickly. Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
  4. Have worked with KOLs, Influencers, or collaborated to create content.
  5. Ability to collaborate and execute creative strategy across teams.
  6. Basic photography knowledge, preferred. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Apps, OneDrive, and Facebook, TikTok creator suite.
  7. Skilled in Teams or relevant project management software, preferred. Skilled in relevant social media management software, preferred.
  8. Strong design sensibilities and a keen understanding of what works on different channels, platforms, and outlets.
  9. Keen and curious mind to identify, prioritize, and then achieve goals and KPIs. Must have a unique combination of humility (willing to do the dirty work) and ambition (vision for what your future holds).
  10. 5.5 days work week (5 days onsite).
