THIS ROLE REQUIRES A 2 WEEKS MANDATORY PHYSICAL TRAINING IN KL

RM1500 (base salary) + RM300 (attendance incentives - if the staff does not apply for Sick Leave or Unpaid Leave) EPF + SOCSO

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the legal team to identify and remove unauthorized listings containing registered trademarks, copyrights, designs, or patents.
• Address cases from internal stakeholders, providing advice and support on items flagged for intellectual property (IP) issues.
• Review and validate appeal requests by assessing supporting documentation to confirm the existence and ownership of claimed rights.
• Support senior team members in managing IP infringement cases, including listing removals and reinstatement.
• Handle takedown requests and review flagged listings in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance by performing daily cleanup of prohibited or restricted items based on established policies and procedures.
• Assist with reinstatement requests, resolving complaints, and appropriately addressing flagged items.
• Adapt to the dynamic nature of the role, managing challenges in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Collaborate with teams to address and resolve complaints.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Flexible to work on public holidays or during campaigns as required.
