Content Marketing, Ecommerce Marketing, Digital Marketing (Support Hong Kong)

Looking for Content Marketing, E-commerce, Digital Marketing
(Also Welcome Fresh Graduates)

1. Content Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Research on industry-related topics. Create various content types (videos, articles, infographics) with relevant tone and style, adhering to the respective style guides.
  • Target content to specific audiences and focus on trending topics.
  • Incorporate blog and social media posts in both websites and social media platforms like Facebook or LinkedIn.
  • Conduct keyword research and employ SEO best practices to optimize content.
  • Analyse web traffic to measure the success of the content (e.g. conversion and bounce rates).
  • Manage content distribution channels, including email newsletters, social media accounts, and third-party platforms, to increase reach and engagement.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience uploading content to various content management systems such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Shopify, Wix, XSitePro, etc.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (Speak & Write) & Cantonese Speaking (Support Hong Kong Client).

2. E-Commerce Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and optimizing the company's online sales channels, including the website and third-party marketplaces.
  • Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the eCommerce industry.
  • Creating and managing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
  • Monitoring and analyzing website analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize user experience.
  • Managing inventory and product listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is displayed on all platforms.
  • Overseeing customer service and support for online customers, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner.
  • Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of eCommerce initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
  • Requirements:
  • A bachelor’s degree in e-commerce, digital marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar to track and analyze e-commerce performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (Speak & Write) & Cantonese Speaking (Support Hong Kong Client).
  • Familiarity with online marketing tools, including social media advertising, email marketing, SEO, and SEM.

3. Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Designs, builds, and maintains our social media presence.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identifies trends and insights and optimizes spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Plans, executes, and measures experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
  • Requirements:
  • A bachelor’s degree in e-commerce, digital marketing, multimedia, IT, or related field.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (Speak & Write) & Cantonese Speaking (Support Hong Kong Client).
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.).
