Qualifications & experience

• Experience in content creation, social media marketing, and e-commerce livestreaming.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to think outside the box.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in multiple languages.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Lead and manage the content team to create engaging and high-converting content.
• Plan, strategize, and oversee content for e-commerce live streaming sessions and various social media platforms.
• Develop engaging content for both online and offline channels to enhance employer branding.
• Work closely with the livestream team to ensure content aligns with brand identity and marketing goals.
• Develop compelling scripts, visuals, and promotional materials to boost engagement and sales.
• Analyze content performance and optimize strategies for maximum reach and impact.
