We are looking for a Consumer Insights Manager to support marketing and other relevant functions that ensure successful Brand Building, providing them with analysis, insights and information that help understand the target who, what and why they do it.

A day in the life of...

1. Implement Methods and Tools in order to build the knowledge base to support internal stakeholders to understand the target consumer and support Know your consumer deeply.
2. Coordinate and Guarantee that the right methodologies, guidelines and standards are applied in various research studies.
3. Conduct consumer, shopper, retail, product, media, competitive and customer analysis to support business with relevant data, information and insights.
4. Work together with the Brand Builders in the consumer related activities for implementing winning actions for all BBNW rooms through relevant research methodologies that support the decision making process, build knowledge and share among all relevant stakeholders.
5. Synthesize consumer and shopper understanding from diverse sources, uncover insights and connect the dots to input into business and brand strategy.
6. Help Brand Builders to continuously sharpen and deepen understanding of the target consumer; input accordingly into the Consumer Portrait as a living document.

What Will Make You Successful

1. Minimum Degree holder in a relevant field.
2. At least 5 years experience in market research at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG and/or strategic planning at Communication/Media Agency. Experience in leading and managing teams.
3. Ability to work alone & in cross-functional teams.
4. Detailed & good follow through of assigned tasks.
