Acquire new business focusing on primary areas: mortgage and salary financing, and secondary areas: credit protection and credit card.
Responsible for sales fulfillment on mortgage and salary financing.
Participate in all sales and marketing activities, e.g., property launches, seminar selling, pocket talks, payroll, and product launching.
Emphasize focus products, i.e., mortgage and salary financing, by successfully identifying customers’ needs while enhancing the overall relationship between Maybank and its customers.
Deliver the strategic intent for mortgage and salary financing, including target segment, mortgage portfolio rebalancing, Islamic penetration, digital, and credit protection.
Establish and maintain strong customer relationships and close contacts with various parties for referrals, i.e., lawyers, real estate agents, housing developers, property valuers, payroll companies, and selected GLCs.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets set.
Adhere to compliance and internal Bank's policies.
Requirements:
Fresh graduates with a strong interest in financial and sales advisory are encouraged to apply.
Minimum diploma holder (or equivalent) in any relevant qualification.
Strong leadership and relationship-building skills, and a team player.
Good communication skills in engaging with all parties.
Able to work under pressure and results-oriented.
High self-confidence, energetic, and pleasant personality.
Good sales traits, convincing power, and strong relationship-building skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
