Consumer Financial Consultant (Region Selangor)

Job Descriptions

1. Acquire new business focusing on Primary Focus: mortgage, salary financing, and Secondary Focus: credit protection and credit card.
2. Responsible for sales fulfillment on Mortgage and Salary Financing.
3. Participate in all sales and marketing activities e.g. property launches, seminar selling, pocket talk, payroll, and product launching.
4. Emphasize the focus products i.e. mortgage and salary financing by successfully identifying customers’ needs whilst enhancing the overall relationship between Maybank and its customers.
5. Deliver the strategic intent for mortgage and salary financing i.e. target segment, mortgage portfolio rebalancing, Islamic penetration, digital and credit protection.
6. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships and close contacts with various parties for referrals i.e. lawyers, real estate agents, housing developers, property valuers, payroll companies, selected GLCs, etc.
7. Perform consistently in meeting and exceeding sales targets set.
8. Adhere to compliance and internal Bank's policy.

Requirements:

1. Fresh Graduates with a strong interest in financial and sales advisory are encouraged to apply.
2. Minimum Diploma Holder (or equivalent) in any relevant qualification.
3. Strong leadership and relationship-building skills; a team player.
4. Good communication skills in engaging with all parties.
5. Able to work under pressure and results-oriented.
6. High self-confidence, energetic, and pleasant personality.
7. Good Sales Traits, Good Convincing Power, Strong relationship-building skills.
8. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
