To service primarily new national car or any other dealer that is assigned from time to time by the Branch Management.
Maintain cordial and good business rapport with all servicing dealers.
Receive submissions from the assigned dealer and initiate document collection. Transfer the documents to the Processing executive to proceed with the process.
Conduct site visits to customer premises and provide reports on customer genuineness as well as according to the declarations in applications.
Initiate appointments of panel new car or other dealer types in the future.
Cross-sell other products by the Banks, i.e., credit cards to customers, merchants to dealers, etc., as required by Management.
Monitor disbursement and growth targets for Retail Hire Purchase.
Requirements:
Possess good marketing skills.
Good interpersonal skills, able to interact with people at all levels, and marketing-oriented.
Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
Able to think creatively, result-oriented, and display consistent performance.
