Construction Supervisor

Scope of Works:

• Supervise and coordinate for piling, building, civil & structural work.
• Monitor project working schedule and progress work.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction contractors and maintain daily supervisory surveillance checks and records to ensure that contractors' management and supervision are providing safe working conditions and permit procedures.
• Routinely study, check and review all contractor scope as detailed in drawings, specifications and instructions to ensure contractors' proper interpretation and compliance with the latest AFC drawings and specifications.

Qualification/Skills:

• Minimum Diploma or related certificate in the discipline.
• 8-15 years of experience in the position.
• Familiar with various aspects of Onshore/Offshore Construction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills with contractors and direct labor.
• Must have pre-commissioning, commissioning, and performance testing experience.
• Familiar with modeling software, e.g., Navisworks.
• Registered with CIDB.
