Construction Superintendent Topside (AIT) E&I/Structural/Piping

Scope of Works:

1. Responsible for overseeing the progress of the site work in accordance with the project specifications/requirements in HSE, Quality, Schedule, and Cost in the various phases of construction, installation, testing, and pre-commissioning activities for the discipline up to Mechanical Completion.
2. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by enforcing standards/procedures, reviewing the procedures/method statements/JHA, attending the daily toolbox, spot checking the PTW/JHA within the related work area, participating in the weekly HSE walkabouts, advising improvement actions to be taken at site during daily surveillance, and recording these findings.
3. Coordinate the Construction Supervisors and the site day-to-day activities to ensure site progress in compliance with the project schedule. Coordinate the work planning/preparation to sequence the site activities with the material delivery schedule and to identify worksite issues and resource adequacy to the work progress. Coordinate between different discipline work, both from Contractor and Project Management Team, in accordance with the site sequencing, site conditions, handover matters, and to timely resolve the issues.

Qualification/Skills:

1. 5-9 years of experience in the position
2. Familiar with PEDMS (advantage)
3. Familiar with Modelling Software (e.g., Naviswork) (advantage)
4. Familiar with various aspects of Onshore/Offshore Construction execution
5. Skilled and familiar with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
6. Good communication skills with contractors & direct labour
7. Registered with CIDB
8. Having a valid OGSP
