CONSTRUCTION SITE SUPERVISOR

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at TWIN TITLE SDN BHD. As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all construction activities on-site, ensuring the successful and timely completion of projects. This is a full-time position based in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.

What you'll be doing

1. Supervising and coordinating the work of construction crews, including tradesmen, labourers, and subcontractors
2. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
3. Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays
4. Liaising with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of construction projects
5. Coordinating the delivery and storage of materials, equipment, and tools on-site
6. Providing guidance and support to the construction team, and fostering a positive and productive work environment
7. Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to the construction process

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 year of experience/ FRESH ENTRY as a Construction Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the construction industry
2. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as relevant health and safety regulations
3. Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple tasks effectively
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team
5. Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents
6. A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel to construction sites as needed
