Construction Purchasing Executive

Job Responsibility

We are a fully owned subsidiary of TSR Capital Berhad.

Responsibilities

1. Plan and purchase materials according to requirements of site purchase orders.
2. Coordinate and monitor the procurement or purchasing of materials to ensure timely delivery.
3. To plan, monitor and control material inventory at optimum level.
4. Conduct, monitor & evaluate suppliers' performance to drive improvements in quality, cost, delivery and services.
5. Work closely with internal departments and external suppliers on purchased items/engaged services.
6. To review purchase requisitions and determine proper purchasing methods in compliance with the purchasing policies and procedures.
7. Ensure all invoices are matched with the purchase order and delivery.
8. Compile and prepare price comparison of construction materials for management review.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or Diploma in any field.
2. Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
3. Skills required: Negotiation, Supplier Management, Cost Analysis, Contract Management, Construction Materials Knowledge.
4. At least 3 years of working experience in construction field is required or equivalent for this position.
5. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
6. Good negotiation and interpersonal skills, responsible, committed, highly effective, dynamic and results-oriented.
7. Responsible and able to work independently under pressure.
