Company Background

We are representing our client, a multinational construction company for several roles for their projects based in India.

Projects Background

Project 1: Location: Bangalore, India

Project is located in Bangalore, India (about 300 kilometers due west of Chennai), mainly composed of 6 staff dormitories, 2 outside dry dormitories, 1 comprehensive building and related supporting a total of 16 individual buildings, the contract value of about 0.35 billion USD, covers an area of about 300,000 square meters, the total construction area of about 330,000 square meters, the maximum building height of about 40m.

Project 2: Location: Hyderabad, India

Construction area: The total area to be constructed by the Contractor is 31495 square meters. The said work comprises the main body of civil engineering, compartment ceiling, building utilities, fire protection, lighting and elevators. The total contract value is about 0.14 billion USD.

Main Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the project construction and coordinating the relationship between the construction teams;
2. Responsible for organizing the implementation of project quality plan, construction organization design, safety and civilized construction measures;
3. According to the monthly progress plan, be responsible for preparing the weekly progress control plan, and prepare the specific work content of each day according to the weekly progress plan;
4. Organize the acceptance and completion work of the projects;
5. Organize the assessment and the completion acceptance of projects;
6. Carry out unified dispatch and arrangement for all construction equipment of the project;
7. Responsible for organizing project safety construction inspections, and actively cooperate with superior authorities in various inspections of projects;
8. Responsible for organizing various signs and finished product protection at the construction site;
9. Responsible for organizing construction technical briefings for various professional construction teams, supervising the implementation, inspecting and guiding professional construction teams to make technical briefings to operators;
10. Responsible for organizing product inspection and test status identification during the construction process. Participate in the review of unqualified process products, be responsible for the disposal plan of unqualified process products, and implement corrective and preventive measures;
11. Organize the implementation of finished product protection measures and the repair of lost or damaged finished products;

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor Degree or above;
2. Required subjects: First priority: civil engineering, construction engineering, industrial and civil construction; Second priority: Construction Engineering Technology; Others: Engineering related subjects.
3. Industry experience: More than 3 years of site management experience.
4. Relevant business knowledge: Familiar with laws and regulations related to safety, civilized construction, quality, etc., and familiar with project management work. Have a hard-working spirit and strong communication, coordination, planning and execution abilities.
5. Ability to speak and write in Mandarin due to business need (to communicate with China team).
6. Must be willing to be based in India.
