RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct thorough testing of network protocols, including SNMP, using tools such as Wireshark.
2. Set up and manage Windows servers, including domain configurations, LDAP, and credential management.
3. Test hardware products with a focus on printer functionality and performance.
4. Document and report test results, identify bugs, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
5. Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and cases to ensure product quality.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and deliver high-quality testing outcomes.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Min. of 2 years of experience in network protocol testing, hardware product testing, and network troubleshooting.
3. Proficient in company networking, server setup, and IP configuration.
4. Hands-on with Linux, Mac OS, and Windows server configurations (domain, LDAP, credentials).
5. Practical experience with Linux and Mac OS systems.
6. Skilled in network analysis tools (e.g., Wireshark) and network security basics.
7. Printer-related product testing experience is an advantage.
8. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
9. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
10. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
