Concierge & Driver

About the role

As a Concierge & Driver at Pinetree Marina Resort, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome, assisting guests with their needs, and ensuring their safe transportation to and from our hotel located in Puteri Harbour, Iskandar Puteri.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival
• Assisting guests with luggage and escorting them to their rooms
• Providing information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions
• Arranging and coordinating transportation for guests, including airport transfers, sightseeing tours, and other requests
• Maintain effective communication and coordination with reception regarding shuttle bookings and prepare for shuttle pick up.
• Ensuring the company vehicle (shuttle van) is always in good condition and updating the service mileage consistently.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel's vehicles
• Maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving any issues promptly
• Adhering to the hotel's policies and procedures to ensure a seamless guest experience

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a similar concierge or guest service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
• Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Good knowledge of the local area, including nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work on a rotation shift, weekends, and public holidays
