Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Concierge located in Georgetown. The Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, assisting guests with various inquiries, and performing receptionist duties. The Concierge will also coordinate guest services and ensure a seamless guest experience throughout their stay.


Qualifications

  1. Experience in Concierge Services and managing Reservations
  2. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  3. Ability to perform Receptionist Duties effectively
  4. Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly and approachable demeanor
  5. Previous experience in hospitality is a plus
  6. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional language skills are advantageous
