- Repair laptops and PCs efficiently
- Guide and supervise other technicians in repair tasks
- Teach junior staff troubleshooting techniques
- Ensure all repairs are done to the highest standards

- Proven experience in IT support and repairs (5+ years)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and train a team
