Kenvue is currently recruiting for: Compliance Manager - MY and SG

This position reports into the Health Care Compliance Officer, Consumer Health India and Regional Office and is based in Malaysia.

What will you do

1. Compliance Culture Development:
   • Proactively partner with business leaders to ensure that compliance risks are identified, mitigated & addressed, thereby setting up a culture of compliance and shared accountability.
   • Advise business on day-to-day matters of Ethics and Compliance.
2. Compliance Training/Communication Program:
   • Design and implement an effective compliance training program, both online and in-person, for new and existing employees, including workshops for senior management and key awareness programs tailored to job profiles.
   • Develop and conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop effective strategies to mitigate risks.
3. Monitoring and Reporting:
   • Ensure confidential reporting, non-retaliation, and investigation of all sensitive issues.
   • Partner with business to foster compliant behaviour and determine appropriate disciplinary measures and management action plans.
   • Drive compliant engagement through Third Parties by implementing appropriate due diligence and lifecycle management.
   • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in compliance.
   • Recommend and implement improvements to the compliance program.
   • Collaborate with other departments to integrate compliance into business processes.

• Bachelor’s degree and fluent in English.
• Strong leadership skills, an energetic management style, and well-developed coaching skills.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to influence people of all levels including senior management.
• Good interpersonal and time management skills.
• Adaptable and willing to learn.
• Highly curious and resilient.
