LUZI (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd specializes in the development and manufacturing of fragrance compounds for unique perfumes, cosmetics, home and room fragrances. The company operates internationally with its headquarters in Switzerland.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced personnel as Compliance & Logistic Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
Being responsible for the legal compliances of import/export processes.
To ensure all raw materials have the necessary legal compliances to import, store, use, and export.
Handling permit applications NPRA, SIRIM, Pharmacies, and any permits related to import & export matters.
MITI: prepare and submit cost analysis applications, renewals, registration of new products, and for AWSC.
Highlight the status of non-compliances to the Management in a timely manner.
Proactively take proper measures to ensure all relevant compliances by various government ministries are executed promptly.
Liaising with the local Customs Department for all matters related to the import and export processes.
Execute export documentation for local & overseas customers.
Being in contact with freight forwarders to organize the dispatch of shipments by truck, air freight, ocean freight, or parcel post.
Maintaining all relevant and important customs documentation properly.
Further Additional Responsibilities:
To ensure all relevant departments comply with the necessary compliances required by the relevant government agencies.
To proactively discuss in team and with relevant government bodies if there are solutions for any kind of exemptions based on our industry.
Execute and be responsible for handling Dangerous Goods in import and export.
Qualifications:
Diploma or other equivalent.
Experience in dealing with Asian countries/customers.
Experience in Manufacturing industry is a MUST.
Minimum 5 years working experience.
Lean management experience as an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure, independently, and autonomously with a self-starter attitude.
Fluency with Microsoft Excel.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Must have the potential to assume increased responsibility and be highly self-driven.
Language proficiency - English: fluent proficiency in spoken and written English & Malay: spoken and written.
Additional Information:
5-day workweek.
Performance bonus provided on an annual basis (2nd year of service onwards).
Fixed allowances of up to RM 650 per month.
