Compliance Audit Executive

Perform routine and/or non-routine surprise compliance audit visits to outlets and ensure audit steps/checks are properly carried out as per the audit checklist;

Perform a review of the adequacy and effectiveness of the business process and control for optical, food, and beverage operations periodically;

Obtain and review evidence ensuring audit conclusions are well-documented;

Prepare and discuss the audit findings with the process owner/auditee during and at the conclusion of the audit;

Recommend actions to minimize exposures arising from control weaknesses or other deficiencies;

Perform follow-up assignments to monitor the progress and development of the operations subsequent to the completion of each assignment;

Ensure compliance with Company policies and professional standards at all times.

Requirements:

Degree in business, accounting, and finance with experience in retail, the food, and beverage industry, or risk-based auditing attained through 1 to 2 years of progressive work experience;

Ability to travel 50% of work time in a calendar year;

Candidates with experience in compliance and operational auditing in food and/or retailing businesses are encouraged to apply.
