Job description

Job Responsibility

Site & Building Security

  • Ensure security by preventing theft, managing traffic, and responding to alarms.
  • Monitor CCTV, perform spot checks, and maintain safety systems like fire extinguishers and alarms.

Building Maintenance

  • Work with the Project Manager to inspect and maintain the building's infrastructure and address preventive maintenance.

General Maintenance

  • Oversee all maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing, and equipment servicing.
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure preventive maintenance and inventory control.

Housekeeping

  • Ensure cleanliness of all areas, including shops, toilets, car parks, and surrounding areas.
  • Maintain landscaping and manage cleaning schedules and chemical usage.

Tenant Management

  • Inspect tenants for compliance with agreements and enforce rules.
  • Build relationships with tenants and handle issues while ensuring company policies are followed.
  • Support tenant participation in SâMART's membership program.

Financial Management

  • Prepare and monitor budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Others

  • Handle government relations, enforce compliance with policies, and establish emergency response systems.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Department on promotional events and lead the operations team to meet company goals.

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/Degree or higher in any related field studies.
  • Able to speak English and Mandarin.
  • At least 6 years of working experience in the mall, retail field Industry.
  • With a minimum of 2 years leadership skill.
  • To deliver under pressure and meet expected deadlines.
