Job Description

• Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and support the retention and motivation of top talent.
• Conduct market research and bench-marking to ensure that our executive compensation and benefits programs are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR, legal, finance, and executive leadership, to design and implement effective programs.
• Manage the administration of executive compensation and benefits programs, including equity plans, deferred compensation, and executive perquisites.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to executive compensation and benefits programs, including gov regulations and tax laws.
• Provide guidance and support to executive leadership on compensation and benefits-related matters, including offer letters, employment contracts, and executive separations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, including executive compensation consultants and benefits providers.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant professional certification preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in executive compensation and benefits, with a focus on designing and implementing programs that align with business objectives.
• Strong understanding of executive compensation and benefits regulations and tax laws, including Gov regulations.
• Experience working collaboratively across multiple departments to design and implement effective programs.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
