Job Description
Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that align with the company's strategic objectives and support the retention and motivation of top talent.
Conduct market research and bench-marking to ensure that our executive compensation and benefits programs are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
Collaborate with key stakeholders, including HR, legal, finance, and executive leadership, to design and implement effective programs.
Manage the administration of executive compensation and benefits programs, including equity plans, deferred compensation, and executive perquisites.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to executive compensation and benefits programs, including gov regulations and tax laws.
Provide guidance and support to executive leadership on compensation and benefits-related matters, including offer letters, employment contracts, and executive separations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, including executive compensation consultants and benefits providers.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant professional certification preferred.
7+ years of experience in executive compensation and benefits, with a focus on designing and implementing programs that align with business objectives.
Strong understanding of executive compensation and benefits regulations and tax laws, including Gov regulations.
Experience working collaboratively across multiple departments to design and implement effective programs.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
