Plan, lead and administer multi-discipline teams management including contractors for development of COMPANY asset to achieve Best in Class Project Delivery in attaining On Time, On Budget and On Scope (OTOBOS) including HSE compliance.
Construction of the offshore facilities at the fabrication yard which includes yard preparation, fabrication engineering, procurement by fabricator, fabrication, testing and inspection, pre-commissioning, onshore commissioning, trial-fit, weighing management until issuance of Mechanical Completion Date (MCD) certificate.
Integration between offshore facilities such as topside to floater (either vessel or hull) - if applicable, preparation of load-out, facilities load-out and sea fastening including all shiploose item and documents for sail away.
Coordinate, prepare and review final documentation for project.
Manage material surplus for company supplied item.
Coordinate and perform subsea shop fabrication and activities for onshore construction, load-out till sail away (if applicable).
Qualification/Skills:
Minimum Degree in Engineering Discipline
5-9 years of experience in position
Experience with COMPANY project will be added advantage
Conversant in various aspects of Onshore/Offshore Construction activities
Understanding of Upstream and Downstream Business.
Conversant in various aspects of Offshore Facilities Construction activities.
Technical knowledge in Operations (added advantage)
Registered with CIDB.
Registered with BEM.
PMP Certification or/and Certified Construction Manager will be added advantage
