Job Responsibilities

• Drive and accompany the director(s) to their required destinations safely and efficiently.
• Assist the director(s) with any tasks as needed.
• Ensure the vehicle is always in good working condition, clean, and well-maintained.
• Collaborate closely with the supervisor or PAs to address any vehicle-related needs or follow director instructions.
• Collect and submit monthly records on fuel and e-Wallet usage.
• Understand the responsibilities and expectations of the driver role.
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all work-related matters.
• Perform routine vehicle checks, including oil, tires, and general maintenance.
• Ensure proper storage and security of any personal items or confidential documents in the vehicle.
• Assist with loading/unloading items as required by the director(s).
• Maintain professional conduct and appearance at all times, reflecting the company’s image.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies while on duty.

Minimum Requirements

• Fresh graduate and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
• Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
• Valid driver's license.
• Good driving record.
• Strong Communication Skills in English.
• Good Driving Skills with strong knowledge of road safety rules and traffic regulations.
• Excellent Time Management Skills to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and route planning apps (e.g., Waze, Google Maps).
• Willing and available to work overtime as required.
